Acknowledgement for Skipping a Payment

I understand that my request will be reviewed and is subject to approval. I agree to resume making scheduled payments beginning with the payment due during the month following the deferral (Skip payment) and will make all scheduled payments due thereafter. I also understand interest charges will continue to accrue during the skipped period and the term of my loan will be extended. Monthly Premiums for Credit Life/Disability will still be added to the loan balance on the skipped month.
